Privacy Policy

TrioDeal (triodeal.com) is operated by Prevail-IT Solutions USA Inc., a Florida corporation ("we", "us"). This policy describes what we collect, why, who sees it, and the choices you have. Using the service means this policy applies to you.
What we collect
- Sellers: email, username, display name, company, phone, profile details and everything entered on a listing — listings and seller profiles are public by design.
- Buyers: the email address you enter to reveal a seller's contact details, plus the IP address and browser user agent for that request, and an anti-abuse identifier: a salted one-way hash of your IP address, browser user agent and language setting. It is deliberately coarse, is used only on TrioDeal to enforce the reveal limit, is never shared with anyone, and is not usable for cross-site tracking or advertising.
- Everyone: standard server logs, an audit trail of account and listing changes, and the one-time email verification codes used at signup and on the listing-report form.
We do not collect payment details — the service is free.
Why we collect it
- To show listings and connect buyers with sellers.
- To enforce the contact-reveal rate limit and prevent scraping and abuse — this is why the IP and device fingerprint are stored alongside the email.
- To send transactional email: verification codes, password resets, contact-reveal copies and listing-expiry reminders.
- To keep a security and change audit trail, investigate abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
- To screen listings automatically for duplicate addresses and for wording that may violate fair-housing law. These checks only queue a listing for human review — no listing or account is removed by an automated decision alone.
Who sees it
Seller profile fields and listing content are public. A buyer's reveal email is not shown publicly; it is visible to TrioDeal administrators and is reported to the seller only as an aggregate count on their dashboard. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal data only to the processors below, to comply with law or a valid legal request, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety or property of TrioDeal or its users.
Processors
Microsoft Azure (hosting, database, storage, email delivery), Google Maps (maps and geocoding) and Cloudflare Turnstile (human verification). Each receives only what is needed for its function. Data is stored in the United States.
Retention
Contact-reveal records are retained to enforce rate limits and to maintain the audit trail. Listing photos are kept while the listing exists and are soft-deleted for a limited period afterwards. Audit and security records are retained for as long as needed for security, dispute handling and legal compliance. Sold listings may remain publicly visible as historical marketplace listings, subject to our moderation, privacy, legal and removal policies; internal records of listings and reports are retained separately as evidence even where a page is no longer public.
Your choices and rights
Sellers can edit their profile, change their password, and close their account from the dashboard. Closing an account deactivates it, takes the public profile page offline, and withdraws active listings from the site; sold listings may remain visible as historical marketplace listings. Certain records are retained — or de-identified rather than erased — for fraud prevention, security, rate-limit enforcement, dispute resolution, legal compliance and enforcement of our Terms; a "deleted" listing, for example, is taken off the site but kept internally as the record of its removal.
To request a copy, correction or deletion of personal data — including a buyer reveal record — email privacy@triodeal.com from the address in question, or use the contact form with the subject "Privacy request". Where we retain something you asked us to delete, we will tell you what and why.
Cookies and third-party scripts
We set a signed session cookie for signed-in sellers, a CSRF cookie, and a short-lived cookie carrying one-time status messages. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Two third-party scripts load on some pages and operate under their own privacy terms: Cloudflare Turnstile (the human check on contact-reveal and report forms) and Google Maps (the map on listing pages). Each may receive your IP address and the page URL, and may use its own browser storage, as described in Cloudflare's and Google's privacy policies. We send them nothing else about you.
Security and breach notification
Passwords are stored hashed, admin access requires two-factor authentication and an IP allowlist, and account and listing changes are logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a security incident affects your personal data, we will provide the notifications required by applicable law.
Children
The service is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The version and effective date at the top of this page change when we do, and material changes are announced to account holders by email or on the dashboard.
